Lotus's are way over priced...and not really that fast (P and I know). Im sure the SC Lotus's are fast but it cost 3 times more than a TC Balt.

 

I'm surprised a twisties lover like you wouldn't drool over a lotus. Some of the best handling cars in the world.

 

We spent an afternoon around these guys...Nice cars but not worth drooling over. They seamed more of show than go, haha.


There was another red Lotus Elise but it got cut outta the pic.

lotuses are def overpriced but i think they are pretty nice cars. pretty good all around cars for what they are and def unique and don't see too many of em

 

dude the balt wasted those cars in handling and speed on the road tour, maybe their drivers didnt push it, but being rwd on twisties....yeah they might of gone off the road I agree they are great handling cars, but for the cost there are more efficient ways to handle well.

fyi those videos dont do justice, its a pretty quiet car. Wait till I get the mazdaspeed exhaust on I tried to order my SRI tonight but the site wouldnt allow diff shipping/billing addresses I'll call tomorrow to order it. Cant wait to hear that turbo and blow off

Driver mod 2.0 FTW. Trust me, if they pushed the Lotus it would run circles around the cobalt. In the right hands with their stock rubber they are world class when it comes to handling.

yeah but rwd on twisty roads with sand...not a super good mixture. But I know they are great handlers but dude the 2zz engine is the one in the vibe gt (2003-2005) :P strong engine but no competition to a FI. we blew by a v8 turbo lotus when the dude was trying to floor it...so are you talking about the supercharged 2zz lotus ?
