Chris and Ryan...nice to meet both of you. Ryan, I look forward to getting my exhaust done this week. I work Wed. and Thurs. evenings at my second job, but Friday might be open otherwise Sat. morning before noon because I work noon to 7:30. Monday or Tuesday might work as well. Not sure yet what's going on those 2 days.

Umm lets see, I'm at BIR this weekend for Modern Automotive Performance Proving Grounds.

Friday will work for sure.

Tuesday may work if you get here around 10:30 am. I have an interview tuesday night (around 6pm)

Wednesday got a suby to work on and Thursday got to pull a turbo off a porsche.

Hoffa, hows the car going for you? been noticing any problems?

Lol, get plus +4s and you'll probably get just as pissed as I do

I'll dig deeper into the tune and see whats up with the cold start, because it'll probably get worse as it gets colder this winter

you're probably right

it's no biggie at the moment... the codes are more than likely from that since after you got rid of them, they never came back on until after sitting at chili's for a couple of hours.

well as you know boost is just back pressure. I am hitting right around 20psi same as I did on a 3.15 pulley but when I went with a 2.8 pulley I also went from stock exhaust to a brand new 3in all the way back thats why its only 20psi and not like 24.

Your right, but if you really are flowing 50 lb/min you i would assume you would be higher than 19 psi. 3 in exhaust shouldn't drop you that much. Hell I'm sitting at 18psi with all the same mods as you aside from E85, and I only have a 3.15 pulley

Looks like the upper half of your MAF still needs work, its fluctuates alot

what did you make before E85?

I mis-understood at first...I thought tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon would work for you, but since it doesn't, I will have to say Friday is my only option. I work M-F 7-3:30 so you could come out to Brooklyn Park and pick my car up, drive it back to get the work done in the morning and return it...I would pay extra if you were willing to do this, but I doubt it for liability reasons (with both your car sitting at my work and my car in your hands).

I don't get out of work usually until about 3:30PM for my main job. So if Friday after 3 works, then it's good for me. I just need you to confirm that afternoon on Friday works. Wish I could get it done sooner, but oh well. I've waited this long, I can wait a few more days. I can try to be out of work early on Friday as well...we'll see what happens.

Wish I had a way to drop it off and leave it for a while, but I don't. And as I said before, if you want, I'm willing to lend a hand in doing it so I see it first hand exhaust work (I know it's not difficult, but I've never done any before).

I am perty much getting my psi from my boost gauge. My gauge is a cheap one too. If I am in 4th at like 120 it fricken wont read a single number it bounces. I was at 18psi with the stock pulley I have droped to a 2.8 pulley and I am right at 21-22 psi so it really isnt like I am missing alot. But I installed dual pass so I should probly check make sure my intake mani is all the way tight. As for the upper half of the maf you really cant get any tighter then it is. Maybe a little.
1.030 -0.707 0.695 0.800 0.392 -0.142 -0.058 -0.769 -1.146 -1.146 -0.267

thats from 7.5 to 10.5 I am commanding 11.7 and the highest I get is a 11.9 and the lowest is 11.5 so I should do one or two more wot runs and fine tune a little but my wot isnt really that bad.

Ok well I am having a few issues with my car.

The biggest issue is for some reason I am getting insanely high IATs (~150degrees at the top of second)
and since I am going to actually race my car this weekend I need to get this taken care of.

My IC pump is working great, I am running a dual pass, front h/e, stock h/e, and a flow through option b tank. HMM I am running out of options on what is going on here, (i'm thinking there is a big air bubble some where in the system, just don't know how to get it out of there yet)

But on the other news.. a good friend of mine had this laying around so he let me install it for free!

Time to go make some power!

is that what i think it is?

i wants.

do you possibly have a line crossed somewhere from the addition of the dual pass and an obtion B tank? how many varying sizes of tubes are you running on the setup?

Yes that is exactly what you want! lol ;-)
It dropped temps ~20 degrees after a quick test, but they still are getting to an un-acceptably high temp
all the hoses are 3/4". I found a kink in one line, fixed it. didn't seem to help.
I gotta go to an interview, then I will be digging more into it.

Clutch gets fixed tomorrow..

God I hope I get this job

is it flowing through the opt b tank? Its probably hard to see with that. Just a thought, I once pulled in too close to the curb when parking and bent my heat exchanger a bit so it was pinched and nothing could get through.
