I haven't owned my house long enough to take advantage of this yet. I"m still getting a **** load back anyway, so it's all cool.

I will be in debt until June of next year. By then, I will have my car paid off and will only have the house left. I consider that good debt so it's all good. Then it's time for a new big screen.

once the ram is paid off (im paying them 1100/mo and i owe 11500) so about 9-10 months. that 11500 is including the 5.2% intrest built in, so its less.

That's much better than having a 195k left on a house, 6.8k on a Cobalt, somewhere around 18k on an Aura XR, and oh, did I mention...nearly 10k in credit card and medical bills...It's a fun life.

I don't consider the house bad debt though.

We gross over $5k per month, yet we only take home around $3k-3.5k.

I just started a part-time job delivering pizza for Domino's on University Ave in Blaine and start on Monday...need to get this debt GONE!!!

Mortgage is $1351, my car is $260, wife's car is $410, daycare is $520, utilities, necessities, groceries, credit card and medcredit payments...total = more than we net.

Stupid economy...we loaded ourselves up to the limit, then my job goes and cuts 3 routes...luckily I'm still with the company because I have many skills they can use me for...just making 10k+ less per year...other 2 were not so fortunate.

However, once it's all good and my car is paid for and the credit/medical are paid off, then this second job of mine is going to afford me to SC the Cobalt and purchase my summer fun car...Sky RL. Of course I probably won't be able to get the Sky RL (at least not by 30 like I would like...that will be 2013...so maybe it's possible) and by then maybe I'll want something else.

I was never really taught how to use a credit card. My dad told me to get a department store one at 16 to build credit. I never make a big purchase unless I know I have the money in the bank or will have it next paycheck. I put everything on my card to track how much I'm spending. I rarely ever have cash on me.

what a bull **** 2 weeks..anyway thnx!

My 2005 4x4 2.3L escape gets 24mpg on the hwy. I cant give a good city mpg, maybe 20, because I floor the **** out of it to try and get around the old people and slide it in corners. But in the summer I swear it was 20.
