What % do you have, where did you get it installed, and how much did you pay?

I have 15% but apparently I have 11% bc thats what the police officer told me lol. It only cost me $150 installed bc it was done illegally.

you have 11% because the windows were already slightly tinted

 

I have 23% all around and striped double thick on the windshield. I paid 120 or so for all of it from a guy I met, can't get that dark in MN from a shop. Best of all...it's perfectly legal. I still get pulled over once in a while, but I have a doctor's prescription for it. Looks awesome on the black SS!

yeah, I'm looking to get tinted, although I don't want too much attention from the po's. I have a black ss, and I know it will look good. Anyone have any good pics of their cars and Tint %...

Do you tinted guys ever get hassled by the wonderful police because of it?

i've got 15% in front, 5% in back, and 70% windshield (dont ask on the windshield)

 

I got pulled over by a state trooper one time with my S-10 Xtreme. Had 12% and he didn't like it so much and gave me the whole speil about why tint is bad and blah blah blah.
I found out that in Wisconsin you can legally tint the driver and passenger front windows 50% and 35% with a perscription.

 

I paid 100 for 20% all around.

 

Ohio 50% on front is legal anything back 3, I personally have 35% on sides, 20% on rear and 5% strip on front window. I got it installed where I work and I cant put how much I payed hahaha. Also I have a lifetime warranty!!!!!!!! Never turn purple or bubble, Formula One window film owns....

 

i have 20% all around and a 5" strip of limo on the front windshield on my black SS. i got it done at Kartunes in south Milwaukee for $220

I got mine done in Madison @ TNT. I did the two little windows and the front top and bottom eyebrow myself(2.5%). The back window,driver and passenger are 20%.

 

I got 15% all over, and a 15% window strip. I paid like $145 in Florida.

 

TNT is a good place to go to too. I have taken several of my cars to them. there is one in fort atkinson or whitewater i believe.

 

I paid $160. I used to take alot of cars to eclipse in mad town but they cut my friends leather were being gay about it so I said cya and went a block down the road to TNT.

I have limo on the back 3.I got it done at the dealership for $150.I would have gotten the side one's done to but it's illegal here.

 

I also have a black SS and I've had the tint for just over a month. I've never been hassled for it, but my tint isn't extreme (35% driver & passenger front-side windows, 18% on others, no windshield tint). Btw, tint on a black SS looks awesome

 

never been bothered once with my tint.

 

If you paid $200 for your tint you got raped

 

I've had my tint on for 10 months now and have been pulled over 3 times specifically for it. Happened within the first few months, but not since.
