good thinking man.... a good safe setup for nitrous is gonna run you probably 700 dollars at least. I know when i prices out a kit it was close to a grand for everything from the wet kit to the blow down tube, bottle heater, and crap like that. then its gonna be 40-50 dollars a fill. now over time all that money you spent on refills and maintainence you could of built a turbo setup and have the power all the time at the press of the pedal.
chances are slim but imagine if the nitrous seloniod sticks open.... now thats a couple grand that just set u back cause of something so small

Tire Rack is an *******, I ordered new tires on friday(225/40 18, so not stock size) and yesterday my phone died at work. So I started my phone up and I got a message from them. He says yeah I just got a question for you about the tires you orderd for you cobalt as they aren tthe stock size. And by the time I got my messages, it was too late to call them back. Im pissed cuz I was planning on doing them on monday. Why couldnt he just order the ******* tires I wanted and be done with it. I obviously knew what I was doing and i know the difference is size is going to effect the speedo. WTF Mate??

sucks HP Tuners failed to bring support to the 2.2 cobalts when its the same computer as the ss just different hard coding. who knows maybe its in the making

yeah im planning on using the aem fic. you buddy im looking for a a turbo right now but i cant find one with an external wastegate every one i see has an internal waste gate witch im not sure if i want that.

i really dont see much a difference between internal and external gates under low boost situations. Only thing u get from external gate that internal cant give u is the kick ass open dump lol. but depending on what turbo ur looking to get u can convert it to external gate easily
