our 2.2's seem to have a bad intake manifold for N2O, theres a spot in it that seems to like to puddle, and thats when engines go boom, you would prolly wanna go to a 2.4 intake manifold, and make sure you have a wet kit, and id suggest an a/f ratio gauge

 

GM's performance build book says the 2.2 Eco can EASILY handle a 75 shot without a wink. I couldn't even try to count how many bottles we've sent through the 2.2 Eco without a problem.. Unless you spray in first on a manual trans and spin past redline.. Then you'll blow the head.

Wideband and 75 wet shot, helllllllo 13's.

 

actually apexi neo, 75 wet shot, traction mods.. mid to low 13's... not like i know anybody who is working on doing that right. with the 1200 dollars i just got from the gov. things are really starting to happen jared..

btw im buying zachs 2.4l intake mani when i have him weld up my header.

 

I was already planning the 2.4 manifold...mind this is coming this winter...i plan on doing some more before then. Headers..downpipe..motor and tranny mounts. Im hoping to see maybe 15.3 without spray.
For headers/DP im just gonna get SS headers and downpipe..then hollow the cat out. Motor and tranny mounts..im working on right now..hah Then im just getting the kit from crate engine for the 2.4 manifold. AFR guage is on the list.

I dont plan on using it in first at all...just because its a short gear already, i was thinking 2nd gear from say 3500ish to 6300 then same thing for 3rd and 4th prob...BUT us 2007's need tuning...hah

 

preston dammit! for the price just go buy the pacesetter header you just cant go wrong.. as for the ss downpipe thats the best way to go for us. just make sure your using a wideband not a narrow band..

 

yeah preston, you have an 07. you already have the ss/sc header, you just need the down pipe.
