I figured, but 10-12k about? I'm having a hard time posting the actual FS out there....But not sure when I would have time to work on it /drive etc.

It is a 2016 RS RS2 package w/ snow wheel set. My friend is selling it to me at a really good deal, can't pass it up. New headgasket already, just need some little annoyances fixed via warranty. It is the one in picture 2 above. I have it right now as is....@#$@#$#@ it is amazing. You can feel them holding boost back on stock though...kind of annoying.

 

It may take awhile but I wouldn't let it go under $10k with the parts on it being white and low miles. Royce is trying to get $3k more than that for his, without any upgraded parts, and same miles. Your wheels are worth $1k alone.

 

Oh snaps. Thanks, I just need storage space and it can stay for however long it takes. I have been driving it while the RS is at the dealer....ugh....love the ss.

 

What is getting done to it at the dealer?

 

The exhaust flapper is squealing like a **** when it open/closes
Wiper motor (driver side) clicking
Rear camera fuzzes out and goes crazy
sync 3 drops phone etc
My driver door and driver passenger door hit each other and took paint off.

Wiper, camera, sync all fixed. The exhaust is on back order and the dealer is waiting on ford to hear back.

 

Why did ford design it so that the doors could come in contact with each other? Never heard of that. Glad you are getting it fixed right, now.

 

They shouldn't. My escape is almost identical. They come close, but for some reason these collided. At this point I wish it was like a jeep door and I'd just take it off or replace it with 2 pins :-p

I listed my SS for $13k in a local car group on fb. Seemed to have lots of attention until the price was posted. I did say OBO, no offers yet, but they probably want to spend like 3k. I just don't want to deal with CL :/ ugh. Maybe when the Bronco comes out, I can trade it in

 

Most cobalt people want something nice for dirt cheap.

 

That is a GIANT understatement. And if that is the case...ugh I may have to keep it

 

Anything happening near Milwaukee this year? Maybe a get together at Great Lakes Drag-away, possibly on Ford/Chevy day?

Mopar posted that GLD is having drifting every thursday! do you drive backwards or use the ebrake?

 

I'm about 20 min from GLD.

That might be wild. I tried that once in a minivan in the snow. Kids loved it.

 

Alrighty, so I think my 2 door SS days are over. For the right price the car is gone. Taking it to the dealer for those recall's and then probably listing it. If anyone is interested or knows someone interested. Ping me.

 

And the SS is sold. I'll miss that dirty white sloot.

 

Don't worry. She's being well taken care of here in Arizona. She loves the warmer weather, lack of road salt, and daily walks around the 101 and 202 loops. ;-)
