nah, i only ran once.. i think my lights didnt trip because i rolled back ever so slightly.. not sure. but one thing is for sure, that track blows.. any track that makes you roll back at the light is fail..

lol I dont go for reaction time...i always loose the race because im afraid ill rolll back. Your like the 10000 person that has done it. I stage and put my foot on the brake then quickly rev up and take off after it goes green just to be sure. I usually lose to anything decently quick, but im going for time not to win the "race". plus its 5 bucks gone.

 

I wanna make it out to the track again. i keep working those damn concerts up in lockport on friday nights though this year and the money is hard to pass up for the amount of work i actually have to do.

 

9.4 isnt bad for that awful track. Youd probly get at least a 9.1 @ leister.

 

Ya then maybe take my friend out of my car to lol. and nail then 2,3 shift. My idiot friends never look at my trap speed....but they think they saw 80. Not sure what thats capable of...

No problems...id like to get charge piping and a dyno tune though to squeeze more our of it....I know its got more in it. I have a vacation in august...thinking about calling some places to get it tuned then...last I checked innovative didnt tune them when I asked....although ive heard bad things anyways from them?.

 

ya, innovative were responsible for blowing up numerous makes/models with their shitty tunes, dont go there.

U should give PandJ speedshop a call. They did a tune on my buddies NSRT4, and have tons of turbo/sc'd mustangs they tune and build all the time.

When are we going to line up? I wanna see if my CSRT can take a tooned SS.

 

at the track or on the street? lol I think you honestly got me....not sure if its the way your power is delivered or what but yours just feels like it has more torque and all around quicker. But id be happy to line them up on the street or track (S an R because weekends dont work for me) And hmm where is that place at? ill ask if they tune these bitch cars.

 

P and J sucks. They couldn't put a procharger kit on my buddies 5.0. Stay away.

 

huh. Thats weird. Ive heard only good things about them other than what u just said. I brought my 01 there and they did a good job.

well im just getting a tune on my car...nothing complicated. Not like their tuning something hard...or it shouldnt be for them at least. LNF was easy to tune ive heard...

 

on the street of course. Me gots too much tq to be drag racing on the track without my TCS installed.

new era is good. They do good work in the LS community from what Ive heard.

 

New Era is the only place to take Cobalts or LS motors too. Well the only good place around here.

 

Go to New Era. They tuned my car and I have zero complaints about it.

 

I just had my Dad's 06 Vette baselined and tuned at new era and they were great. I sat in the shop and bullshitted with them the whole time. Very friendly and never talked down to the lowly customer (me) hehe. I would take my car there in a second but i'm a ***** and will end up with the stage kit lol.

It's pretty cool when the owner will sit there and treat you like one of the guys and not be stuck up or unapproachable .

 

Stage kit tunes suck. Do yourself a favor and take it up there. When I got mine tuned it woke the car up so much.

 

cool thanks guys...I just wanna know what im making now and what im making after a dyno tune from them. I think my car has alot left...dont think I have the most agressive tune in the world as it sits.




of course install help will be needed. I suck at that crap you know that lol. I drive them that is all lol. I may have off tommarow night...not sure yet. ill let you know
