The weather doesn't look like it's going to cooperate ...... supposed to be cold which is great but it's a long way to drive if it gets rained out.

if you start better than him you wont get your doors blown off lol. It would take most of the race to catch back up. The glory of dig racing...makes slower cars seem faster!

 

you sure about that? considering i have drag radials vs your guys crappy contis? but either way, even if he started out first, trust me i would catch back up. you havent seen the car since it got fixed. but of course, fix one issue, and you get another one. so now i need to get tuned. but i promise you, if me and anthony were to run again, i would pull him. hands down.

lol, that would suck if i bunny hopped all the way to the 1/8th.. i would def be in need of some axles at that point lol..

 

update for me, it looks like im not going anymore because after i got all of my boost leaks fixed, my AFR is now 14.1 which is dangerously lean and im not going to risk blowing my motor. im gonna go get a dyno tune at new era on tuesday and as long as the weather is nice, ill be at the track next friday.. this sucks : (

 

i didnt know you had DRS. But yea you said your car would make about 350 WHP last time. if a car with 310whp has a better start by a car or car and a half it would probably take 90 percent of the race to catch up and pass. i ran a stock ss tc at S&R and he jumped me by a car...the entire 1/8th mile i began pulling back but he still beat me out at the end. Slower time of course, but he technically won. plus i think our cars make more torque, correct me if im wrong?


im not saying your car isnt fast, just using simple math.

 

i guess your right.. but who knows how much hp bill is at. i dont think my car was running at 350whp when me and anthony ran. my buddy who fixed it said it was sub 300.. so who knows. its supposed to be at 360 to the wheels at 22.5 psi.. but who knows. as far as torque, only a tuned and bolted LNF would have more torque and i dont think it would be by much.
but either way, honestly i dont care because im not going to compete with fellow cobalt owners. id much rather mess with some v-8 owners lol
