where in delaware are you located?
OK cool thanks... I'm in Middletown area so i could prolly make either meet location. have already did tint, debadge, hard pipes, intake....plan on doing cat back exhaust here soon...Recently order the ark shorty antenna and the billet grill for the front for appearance. I'm thinking of going with the GMPP stage 1 kit for a mild tune so i can keep my 100,000 mile warranty. Still debating...

What tune do you have on the car? If its the stock tune then you really need to contact byt, mdub, term2, or rpm to get you a nice hp tune and gain 50+whp

if its not the gms1 tune yea, itll mess up your warranty. ask rallycobalt06 lol. the downpipe, im not sure, but with that worse comes to worse, put the stock back in. BYT is backyard turbo, awesome company located in north east PA. MDub, Term2 are members on this forum who does tuning. rallycobalt06 (matt) can vouch for mdub. RPM is Race Proven Motorsports, a company located in claymont delaware. just north of wilmington. great guys there, i can vouch for them

i smell a noob.......
welcome to the site. if you're worried about the warranty (which by your statements it's obvious that you are) then just go with the GMS1 setup.
M-Dub is a good friend of mine but he lives in North Carolina and i have absolutely no clue when he'll be back up this way.
Terminator, i've heard good things about him but he's in Florida, has never been up this way and that only way you'll get tuned by him is if you purchase HPTuners for yourself and he'll email you a tune.
BYT, BackYard Turbo, good guy, heard nothing but good things about him and he has tons of experience with Cobalts. only downfall is that he's 3+ hours away in East Stroudsburg.
RPM, Race Proven Motorsports, very good shop, great people, tons of eye candy in their shop (big turbo Z06 Vettes & other muscle cars). only downfall is that they don't have tons of experience with Cobalts but their tuner is good and knows his stuff.
your closest option and my personal recommendation would be steddy2112, he's a member on here and one of my best friends, he now lives in Newark. he's worked with M-Dub on tuning the Cobalt SS/TC and knows his stuff.
those are your options for a GOOD custom tune. stay away from Trifecta.
as for parts........ i highly recommend ZZPerformance. you already have the charge piping & intake (ewwww) so your next purchase should be a GMS1 & 3" catless downpipe. stock catback is perfectly fine and a 3" catback isn't needed on stock turbo. intercooler.... stock is fine for stock turbo but it doesn't hurt to upgrade it because as a few of us can vouche for this.... the stock one could "explode" if you do a bunch of back to back to back to back runs and have hot boosted air flowing thru it.
if you have any further questions, my name is Matt, i go to both of the bi-weekly meets. like BlackCobalt707 (Token) said this week's meet is up north in the Newark/Bear area. location not decided yet but it's on Thursday...... i'll make a push for Red Robin on rt. 40, seems like we get a bigger crowd when it's there. it's an "every type of car" car meet so bring friends.

Issues? The guy was off duty and was behind me in a left turn lane... he then decided that he was above everyone so he got back out of the left turn lane passed me a tractor trailer and a few other cars then cut back in while the light was still red.
I just floored it by him after I made the turn when it opens up into 3 lanes. He tried to tell me I almost hit him and then tried to pass off his rehoboth police badge as a state police badge
