instead of buying 20" chrome wheels you should of bought more performance parts & a tune...... just saying.

The amount of money I spend on them wouldnt even have covered a decent exhaust set up. If we end up keeping it and thats a big IF at this point, performance parts will come. The Z and the cobalt both have about a year left before they are paid off then it will free up about 700 a month to save up for sweet parts. Its almost a 10 year old car...stuff shouldnt still be so pricey!!!!

nothing wrong with keeping them once they're paid off. wouldn't take much to get the Cobalt right and for it to go a bit faster all that's needed is a better tune.

and for the Z.... price depends on what you're looking at? of course the "baller" brand name stuff is going to stupid expensive. but all you need is full intake, intake plentium, and full exhaust (tune is optional).

The Z might be a 10 year old car, but it's a very popular platform still so thats why the the prices are so high due to the demand.

I think thats why I am so conflicted with the selling the Z. Yeah I can sell it and have monies in my pocket...or in a year I could OWN it and the monies will be in my pocket to spend on the car I dont think Paolo really cares about the cobalt anymore performance wise at least. He never really talks about it anymore at least.

I want the HKS exhaust its really the only one I like the looks and sound of, but its pricey and I don't really care bc I like it. I have the JWT intake. Intakes for these cars are iffy, some people say you dont need them, others say you do...most of them dont really do much anyways. I almost bought a kinetix v+ plenum awhile ago, but I didnt bc I'm cheap. haha. Jtune is right down the road from my house (literally) I may pop in there and see what kinda deals they've got if I purchase a bunch o' stuffs from them.

The cars are dirt cheap to buy these days but still crazy expensive to mod so I guess all these 19 ricer kids who are like zomgimsocoolihazatreefitty are gonna be pretty dissapointed when they figure out they cant buy anything.

15 minute cool downs between pulls...... that's sweet.

RPM just runs back to back to back and get's out of there as fast as possible, 3rd pull is usually really heatsoaked.

Thats a shame though that he did that to a white SS only thing that would be worse was if it was a yellow sedan.

I feel sorry for whoever gets this car. That poor auto trans being neutral dropped. You can hear the auto rev limiter when he revs then when it goes and slaps it into gear it then goes to redline. I wanna vomit......
