BTW Adam, I think i'm gunna be getting rid of the **** box. They can't get me back on live now and say I might need to send in my x-box. And to tell ya the truth, PS3 with the new updates are just a hair off of where live is.... so I'm pretty much back to my roots.... with the good ol PS sticks in my hand.... I just traded in like every game I won for x-box anyway..... CODWAW will be bought for the 3.....

so the dyno tune day went pretty well at tune time. put down 281hp and 278tq with just a tune. i cant wait for Matt to develop a cold air intake downpipe and exhaust. It feels like a totally new car.

 

damn nice numbers frank. So you got tuned too? I texted you earlier cause i wanted to know your numbers. I dont know if you knew it was me.

 

yea man, i just texted you back. i was happy overall with the numbers. I put down 255/255 on a 4th gear pull so matt was able to squeak out 26hp and 23ft. lbs on just a tune. I asked him to do a mild tune which he did, he said that when i come back well tweek it some more and try to get about 295-300hp and around 315ft. lbs, then ill start adding intake and exhaust products. Im only boosting 18lbs too

300 for the tune, there is a thread started by rallycobalt06. were going again on the 21st or 22nd of november. you should go then at that time i should be putting down over 300 with some stuff hes working

No, going back to supercharger haha and selling my turbo parts after I get whatever is wrong fixed...It's a loud slapping noise coming from the engine, near piston 1. Car still runs (as of now)...I'm hoping it's something to do with the valvetrain, like a bent valve, cracked rocker arm, or something small, and I hope it doesn't break within the time I bring it to the shop, because it could cause a major destruction inside the motor then what it is already

I drove this car about a total of 115 miles this summer starting from May and i'm just sick of not being able to drive it. I just need something SOMEWHAT reliable. I was actually going to buy ford focus svt just right now just to have as a daily driver, but thank god I didn't...but yeah I won't be on the boards that much anymore...I haven't been on a lot in a while

Well I think I may actually know what's wrong....Tomorrow (technically today since it's 3 in the a.m. haha) I will probably rip the valve cover off....I believe it's a valve...and I believe I know why this happened (stupid error by me)....if it is what I think it is, I may stay turbocharged woot woot...and will also have ferrara valves, even though I really don't need them since I never plan on camming my car or reving it high for that matter
