yeah i was a senior too...

anyways i hear theyre gonna have the towers of light again so i think im gonna go down to ewater tonight and check em out...theres a spot by my house where you can see them in the sky and its really....*******....creepy

Put your ear up to the ballasts...If they sound the same, they should be ok (assuming that the other one is fine as well) If they sound different, it's a ballast....I think they should sound like a ticking noise or a whirring noise....one of those noises is bad though...I forgot which one haha
