no stick...it has a regular drive....sport mode...and then driver shift control (tiptronic)...sport mode was plenty good enough...the regular drive makes the car sluggish as hell i guess to increase fuel economy but when u put sport mode on it screams all the way to redline b4 snapping off shifts

its not blue is grey....talk about lucky i went to the auto show dealer preview....mmmmm chilled wit the lamborghini ladies and had an extensive walk through of the bently brooklands and the solstice targa is AWESOME in person

ferrari display was WEAK...1 car on a roundtable tucked in a corner next to aston martin...the big column almost completely blocked the view

oh yeah and mazda has this wierd looking but really really cool race car thing

and the car from the speed racer movie was there....sexyyyyyy

third of all, I may have my car for the show because of delays on parts. They have to still make my downpipe and header so I don't know when i'm actually going to have those in my hand. I shoul dhave my piping and intercooler either end of today or tomorrow ...and I haven't ordered my turbo or the other parts either...so it looks like end of april/begining of may she will be done

Allow me to just elaborate for a moment, and then I really dont care. EVERYONE IS BUSY and such, and having real reasons for not being able to make it to meets (like Ken) is understandable. This is a group of people from the Northern Jersey area who like getting together, talking about cars and hanging out, its what I started this thread for. But PLEASE dont be a hypercrite and say NOW that you miss us and all this bullshit when you were invited to meets and *gasp* hang out and you totally ignored it. I can personally say with no reservations that I was very, VERY nice by helping with cars and just trying to be a friend. And I know that other people on this forum tried to do the same. As the head of this forum, I offically say that this is now a dead subject, no more posts about it, Mo, have fun in North Dakota whinning and complaining.....least your good at something.

I just want to give everyone an update on the E-water situation, since it is now offically SPRING!!!!!!!! Mikey and I drove around down in Edgewater and we found some good alternate locations for meets if cops give us problems in the Commons. There is a small shoping plaza attached to the movie theatre that is one stop light down from the commons. It might be worth a try depending on the crap we get at the usual spot. Whiskey Cafe, located in Lyndhurst is a definate Saturday night spot for everyone to meet up. As warmer weather approaches we can start thinking about other places/things to do (paintball, cruise nights, go-karts, etc.) I would like to have a meet down at the commons next Thursday around 8ish, who would be interested??

Anyone who has other spots, please feel free to share

 

I prob couldn't make it til a little later like 9, but put me down as a strong maybe for next Thursday.

 

i guess im in seeing as paul makes my thursday night plans and soon my sat night plans as well...lol
