Anyone know any good dealerships for warranty work near North Arlington, NJ? I have a shopping list of little things I need done and I lost my tech connection at Hawthorne. I can "de-mod" to go to the dealer if need be, but I'd rather not if I can find a dealer thats cool with a GMPP intake and a strut bar.

 

I don't know exactly where you are but Rossi in Washington, NJ on rt. 31 is GREAT!

 

Isn't the whole point of a GMPP intake is to keep the warranty? Why do you think they would give you any problems?

I have SAI on my car, technically the GMPP intake isn't supposed to be used on my car, I had to ghetto rig a seperate intake filter to accomodate the SAI. Is there anything wrong with it? No, I'd just rather avoid any dealer nonsense.

 

Hey everyone, as the Spring is right around the corner, the problem of Edgewater has come up in several different conversations. I have talked with a couple of people and the feeling is that Edgewater is going to be a problem with cops and crap. I would like to meet up down there one night at Starbucks, grap a coffee and maybe find some alternate locations for our Thursday meets. I have also discussed with some of you going to Whiskey Cafe on Saturdays. It is well known that alot of cars show up down there with little or no problems for the cops. I was thinking this Thursday would be a good day to look for our alternate locations. Who is up for that ?

 

I can't make it this Thursday but its a good idea. Hopefully you can find somewhere close to Edgewater so we can just shift somewhere near there in case of law enforcement issues.

I was walking in the city yesterday and on my way from grand central (I had a party in the city) I ended up talking to a few guys from scion and a few guys that worked there..... and they all said they can't wait to see the G8. THats all they were really pumped for. I was surprised Scion guys + the JJCC ppl were talking about a GM car. I'm pumped for this show!!!
