Im totally down for a summer run to daytona beach. Make an entire weekend out of it and everything. But this is something that would have to be planned WAAAYYY in advance and make sure who was going and everything. This is money that were talking about here so none of this BS of saying you want to go and then not going

Ahhh, i wouldn't be up for that with my Cobalt. With the tune and the porting and blah blah blah, I wouldn't want it to far away from some 1 who couldn't fix it.

I'm going to Montreal in March for SB.... I think after that I might be done with long road trips after that.

this is still all in the planning stages at this time, but remember, cars are ment to be driven, not to just be looked at. If i just wanted to look at cars I would just buy models.

what are you having ported, the heads or the supercharger???

yeah Ill have to talk to you as soon as the weather starts to get nicer, I want to see what I can do with the Balt once the new header gets installed. And the HHR SS needs some better tuning, the shift points are all messed up from the factory and I want to see if I can get the turbo to respond better.

well i have to get that HHR up to the performance of the Balt, plus the balt needs tires and such.

But ill let you know when Im ready. Since you know them, ask them if they want a look at a HHR SS, Ill gladly bring it buy, that you can introduce me and such, if you want its up to you

im going to stick with the pirelli rosso's just because I like the tread pattern. I thought about the driessionlizes (really spelled wrong) but their more for rear wheel drive cars. All of the other tires that I have looked at are either really expensive or dont have the same ratings as the pirelli's. Plus I have a friend whos father is the service mamager at a local chevy dealership and he can hook me up for about $125 a tire

Dude, BTW, I need to see your seats in the HHR SS....

1) does it have the pass airbag sensor in the pass seat?

I sold my Recaro's so I could get these when the HHR SS came out and now i'm just waiting to pretty much sit in them and see about the pass airbag thing
