yo guys...anyone have the CA 3 inch CAI needs to check their **** for wholes n ****. i almost got holes from it rubbin on the pcm heat sink and also where the CAI goes through the fender..piping is so weak in my opinion...it might have been bad placement by me but check anyway.

 

pushing a cheap turbo so hard for so long, that's what happens. **** is blowing crazy amounts of oil out the exhaust now. What ya expect for a $300 turbo. Gonna order one either today or wednesday, thinking of going with a bigger compressor a/r and a smaller exhaust a/r to get faster spool but lose as much top end. Car should be beast with a .60trim and a .55 a/r.

placement and stock engine mounts will do that, it's a bitch to fit correctly

 

hmm will do. i had a issue initially with the connection for the vac line coming loose. hope i don't have a mystery hole in my intake.

 

well I just bit the bullet and ordered a new turbo from AGP.
Turbonetics T3/T04E 60-1 dual ball bearing for $1069.85... damn
but this bitch is gonna make some serious power (should get me to 400whp easy on less boost), and spool so fast, gonna be ****** people up this summer. Hopefully it gets here before the weekend so I can do work satuday and sunday. I need to run water lines now, and some other fun stuff, but she will be a beast once back up and running.
