lol yup, I missed him leaving. oh well. Time for some more highway pulls I guess. Car was running good today... BOV is making some wierd sounds though. need to pop the hood and take a look before I head out.
welll good news. Insurance company never put through the RX as salvage, so it's registered and insured. Might even bring it through Friday night if I get back from upstate in time.

and depending on when I get back from upstate if I have time to get out there and do the rear bumper and headlights (and front control arm of course) Do a quick eye ball alignment, it might be making the trip

PAUL PAUL PAUL...lol Just wondering, tonight I couldnt get the car above 16 psi, so I drove it hard for 5min and then it was fine, then I was watching the boost guage and in 3rd it spools and hit 26-27psi then drops to 20 and holds to redline, is that right? second it spikes at like 24 and holds at 20... shouldnt I be at 22 and hold at 22 and spike at 23 like mikes 09 since I have his tune? Im just curious because I dont want to boost to high because people said 23 is MAX and I see it spike at 26-27 lol BUT DAMM IT PULLS lol

yeah I guess Ill take it easy if he says its wrong, I will try it again 2morrow just to see if it still reaches HIGH boost, my friend was in the car and he was like HOLY **** you almost hit 30lbs I was like WTF NO then I watched and a brick came out my butt! lol

I'll mess around with your tune tonight when I get home to see why it's doing that.
If I get back early enough to finish the suspension, it should make a quick trip over. I won't be there for long with it as it won't have a front bumper and probably the fender since I can't close the hood til I pull that front corner out.

ok Ill give it a little gas today to see how it reactes and how long it hangs!
ok just got home from college, raced a blue evo(friend of mine) he has 305 to his wheels(4 wheels lol)
we went from a 40 roll and a 50 roll
40: I spun and we were even third gear comes in for me and I put about 4-5 cars and pulling on him till I shut down!
50: Gripped and pulled shifted to 3rd and pulled some more, 5+cars and pulling till I shut down!
We talked afterwards and he was damm impressed and I inspired him to drop madd money in his car to make HIS faster lol
As for my boost, 2nd gear it reaches about 18 maybe because it spins? Sometimes it hits full 20
Third gear 2500 rpms I slamm the gas at 60mph and I see 27psi for like a fraction of a second then sits at about 20 till 7k rpms! Well I take it to about 6500!
When I reach max tq whice should be around 2500-3000 rpms thats when I see HIGHHHHH boost, then sits around 19 to 20 psi, I hope its normal! If you need to talk to me or somthing paul pm me and I can give you my cell number!
