Anyone go to the races last night? A bunch of savages flipped a car over. Apparently he crashed into a bunch of cars after punching a girl. What a mature way to handle it..,

hey guys im looking to buy some CM springs ... how hard is the install ? ive never done any kind of suspension work before. Would I be better off going somewhere to get them put in ? How much would it be ?

I've never done springs but I've done coils. They're not too hard if you know what you're doing and have the tools for it. It takes a long time though, usually an all day project.

suspension is not something i would want to **** up to be honest. same the DIY for plasti-dipping or a radio install lol.

the car that got flipped actually, the guy got mad at his girl punched her in the face and left, his ******* comes back, they kick the living **** out of him and beat his car to ****, I have the pics =]. and it was a white CRX
