I think it is people's preconcieved notions about other cars. Me personally, the new lancer body style is OK at best as long as it's a GTS or higher(Evo or ralli). Like I would never buy a Mitsubishi, that comes from people's experiences I know and from my own research. This economy is bad, but it is a good time to buy a car. There are alot of leftover new cars that you could get for a steal. I saw a couple of 08 ss/tc's for $18k online.

i hit a light pole with the balt about a year ago doing 5mph and the ******* car got destroyed in the front and it twisted cause the base of the light pole was rock solid and after 3 front end alighnments the car was still not good thats the main reason i wanna get rid of it because i dont trust it anymore now as far as the lancer i might be getting a gts i will probably know by tomorrow but other than that the car feels a lot more steady on the road the interior looks better in my opinion and the body is not bad looking at all plus my car is only worth 7500 which ****** killed me cause otherwise i would ve gotten an ss/tc

Everything is still on the car will start ripping apart tomorro off the top of my head I have a zzp H/E, 2.8 brand new,2.9 brand new, 60sbrand new, sportlines (dibs by bl4des),ttr sway bar(red),injen cai,magnaflow catback,cobalt autometer boost gauge,snow tires on wheels, and 2 gunmetal rims rashed.........me and justin r gonna build a cheep turbo civic hatchy....

 

when you get a chance put some picks of catback and snow tires/wheels.......my buddy just got a silver 2000 civic hatch
