well dakota did say in and around the tent, honestly i'd try to keep some area under the tent for chairs and stuff to be able to hang out in the shade if it's hot. maybe add some dancing girls in there or something too...

 

We can put the keg stand under the tent. Sorry Dakota, tent is for booze only! No cars!

my thoughts are to set up a meet place/time for before hand and whoever makes it there makes it there, whoever doesn't meet there can meet up right at the tent whenever they get there. personally i'd be down to meet up before hand if that gets set up, have like 10 of us or whatever roll in to the tent together! otherwise i'm fine with just meeting at the tent

 

i just assumed you were staying with cody too.
