hey guy,
just curious im going through radiators like crazy in my car every time i hit a bump a little to hard the plastic tank snaps! Any suggestions or ideas? car has never been in an accident and dont understand why this keeps happening

 

that's really wierd, I never hear about these cars having radiator issues

 

Any suggestions? i even had my friend with a body shop look at it and he said its fine he doesnt see why this keeps happening

 

Is it mounted right? Are the rubber isolaters there.

 

yeah they are. i even put all new ones in because i thought maybe that would be the problem. the little plastic studs that are on the radiator keep snapping in the isolators making the tank break

 

buy the mishimoto radiator. Its just been released recently. aluminum endtanks.

How are you liking the Mishimoto? I just broke my second radiator in a month, will definitely buy one with sturdier end tanks this time!

Insufficient road maintenance and insane storm drain inclines, in my case at least.
The plastic bottom breaks much in the same way the intercooler end tanks do when you're lowered and hit something hard enough.

And a handsome dose of plain old bad luck; I've been lowered for 3 years and have had no issues, now twice in a month...
