CT Cobalts
hey was anyone out at the berlin turnpike tonight? There were a SHITLOAD of cars that met up in the Bob's clothing store parking lot. I saw a few other cobalts hanging out down there and was wondering if anyone from on here happening to be there. At it's peak there was probably a solid 120-150 cars down there. The cops eventually broke it up, but it was still pretty sweet. **** I even got to run a hooked up STI later that night running 21psi and a whole bunch of goodies (first time I ran an STI). It was a really good race but I pulled it off each of the 3 races. 45 roll, 50 roll, and then a 60 roll. Didn't mean to turn this into a war story, but it was a good time all round
lol she likes her car alot. its pretty quick its the 2.4L 5 speed. i just put a intake on it for her next we got a cat back for it just need to find a shop to put it on for her. its nice because is has the ls sport lip kit on it
Catbacks are simple to install
yeah i was thinking of doing it myself. i put the gmpp exhaust on the g5 myself. so i think im going to put hers on to. she got a muffler with dual tips and it just fit in the slot for the bumper cut out in the back. it should look nice ones its on.
i just debadged the trunk for her now its time to detail it there is no wax on that car at all.

ew did one of the girls here sign up on tunernetwork? if you did im sorry lol. that car club is a joke. they make themselves out to be alot more active than any of them are. hell the post count on the website shows that. lol just be forewarned
I know a guy who has HPtuners, but you would need a tune to have him install he doesn't really do custom tuning. Have you checked out SMG motor sports in mass? I went to there dyno day, cool guys and they specialize in cobalts.
I've been there once... i guess who ever has the best price wins...
I could go down it's pretty close to my house. what night you going?

I was thinking Saturday night around 9ish if that works for everyone. Weather is supposed to be pretty decent. If the turn out is anything like last weekend it should be pretty sick. **** even if only 10 people show up it will be nice to meet some other Cobalt/G5/Ion owners in the area. Last time we met up in Bob's clothing store parking lot, which is right behing Burger King. If not there, then maybe behind Taco Bell.

Now we all know who i would reccomend, but that aside, although out of vince, jannetty, and SMG all of them are reputable so youll be ok, but dont always go for cheaper price, look at overall what that shop or persons rep is etc etc. But out of Jannetty, vince, and SMG youll be good in either one of those three
Personally I would hit up either Trifecta, SMG or even J&M motorsports right there in Manchester. Mike at J&M is great to work with and he really knows his **** in and out. That is were I go for all my dyno pulls and all that fun stuff. Plus he's right there in town for you
Thanks for all the replies. My first tune was at J&M actually, and I was happy with the outcome, just not the price or service (long story). Vince, I would be willing to give it a shot for a fair price. Send me a pm.
