i remember when they won in 04. i was working third shift at cvs.
people were doing burnouts/donuts in the streets, air horns were going off, people were running up and down the sidewalk, fireworks were going off. it was nuts

Haha nice! I won some good loot from that series. I kept going double or nothing and by game 4 I was sweating freakin bullets. Needless to say it payed off though!

Yeah that's a 1 time dumb luck thing there for sure. I don't ever plan on taking a chance like that ever again! Who the hell goes double or nothing 3 times in a row with a team down 3 games to none?!

<------ this guy right here! Lol

Yeah but that was almost 8 years ago now! That **** is loooonnnng gone by now.

It went ok now that I modded the shitty ass alignment tool that came with the kit. I had to drop the tranny and reset the clutch disk about 3 freakin times before I wised up and made the tool actually do it's job so I didn't have to keep eye balling the alignment. I was about ready to light a match to the damn thing if I had to drop the tranny out 1 more time! Lol

Now I just need to get the subframe back in, button some things up, and bleed the system and I should be good to go again. Boy is it going to be difficult to drive the car easy until I break the clutch in though!

I'm hoping so. I basically finished everything last night, and now I just need to put the hood and wheels back on then give it a road test. I just hope I have enough time to break the clutch in propperly by then..

You're coming with us on Saturday Chris? Sweet!

There should be a decent amount of people but nothing super rediculous. It starts at 10am but I have no idea what their plans are for getting guys on and off the dyno time wise. Text me if you need more info or directions brotha.

Finally got a chance to put the last few things back on the car last night and take her out for a road test. The new clutch feels great so far! Now I just need to get used to the grab point of the new one compared to the stocker and find some time to put some miles on it to break it in.

So when are we doing your clutch Dan?
