I love this thing.

Plans are intake and tune.
4 inch suspension lift
Wheels and tires.
Headunit with nav
Cowl hood
Probably leave it at that.
Just a little bit to set it off. Nothing crazy like the cobalt was.

Not to interrupt.... but ugh…. Never buy a car from a dealership that’s not their own brand…. Complete f**king incompetence!

Signed for the car 01/28/14 – Lia Hyundai of Enfield – they needed my signature before they:

1) Started replacing the brakes and rotors. Not cool with paying first, but okay.

2) Then they found the rear passenger wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Jesus christ…. Okay.

3) Then the ABS didn’t work since it was an “aftermarket” bearing. Sounds kinda fishy now… getting pissed… replaced with a new “BMW” bearing.

Drove it home 02/04/14 – warning lights all over the place… brought it back 02/05/14

4) ABS sensor “still didn’t work” – replaced with another ABS sensor…. Riiiiiiiight. Still didn’t fix the warning lights. Now it’s 02/12/14

I finally demanded them to bring it to BMW Springfield, and that their service dept be fired. Doesn’t get to BMW until 02/14/14… so now they will also be making my first months payment…. F**Ktards

5) BMW finds that the 2nd “BMW bearing” was damaged, as well as the axle and sleeve. They can see hammer marks on the parts…

6) So now they have to put in a bearing for a 3rd time…. Plus a new sleeve and axle…. May not be done until 02/21/14

Stupid f**king bullsh!t

Had the bike out today, then her new owner stopped by and took it for a while. Should have the remainder of the money next week.

Then time to dig into the truck !

Did you tint your windows because you don't want anyone seeing that a guy drives a purple car?

What darkness tint is that?
I was pulled over at 4am about 500yds from my house going to work a few weeks ago. He pulled me over for a burnt out license plate bulb and then gave me a warning for my tint also. I told the officer I just bought the car and it came that way.

It's plum John. Get it right. I've already gotten two complements. Dick.

lol

But it's technically called Barrique Red

And I got 20% tints... never had any trouble with the last 3 vehicles I've owned with 20% tints. Done at Master Tints on the pike. Pretty good quality I'd say so far...

Chris please tell me you didn't just justify your purple car by calling it plum!

All joking aside, it looks good man. The purple's a tough sell though.

lmao. it looks much better in person.... I'll name the car "Ron Burgundy"

I was kinda forced to NOT be picky... I looked at 4 other vehicles tho, and they all sucked

2006 G35x, white, 60k miles - was in a front end accident
2005 G35x, grey, 28k miles - was in a flood
2006 328xi, red, 48k miles - was beat to hell
2006 330xi, dark grey - sold before we could get down to NY - would have gotten this one tho, it was sweet.

I didnt want a Subaru, but wanted AWD. The Audi A4's had lots more miles than I wanted for the price. And a manual transmission? Nearly impossible... so... plum it is!

If your looking for a place to wrap your chrome window trim i can give you the name of the place that did mine.

Yeah, the potholes this year are redonk! But I think with this color it needs contrast with the chrome. But that's just me. Thanks for the help tho.

And John, I dot ANOTHER complement this morning on how good the car looks! Boo ya!

Sounds like it's time for a nice set of summer rims and tires
