we are both phil. and we both have 06 SS/SC, i am completely stock, and has a little bit of work. im not at liberty to say what exactly he has, but he is BLACKSUN280 on here, so you can ask him if you want. but i can tell you he took off the stock 18 inch wheels and put steel rims with tires on it. and his car runs like a striped ass ape now. its very fast. anyone in the LI new york area, if you think you have a fast cobalt, get in contact with him, he will emberrass you, he smoked the **** out of me
