Help a noob convert to power windows

Hello,
I am new to the Cobalt world, picking up an 07 sedan with about 20K on the clock on 12.31.07. Got a good price..love the car.. but hate those darn roll up windows and manual door locks. I've followed every lead I could, but still havent found either a site that sells a retro kit for both the windows and locks and/or an installer, since I dont have much experience. I KNOW I saw a retrofit kit SOMEWHERE, but cant find it again.

In any event, if anyone know someone who would be willing to do this job at a reasonable price I can be flexible in dates and times. We have a garage at our house and my dad has every tool known to man including a compressor, and air tools.

So if anyone has a recommendation (I really dont want to go to Best Buy or Circuit City), I would be greatly appreciative. Not looking for a freebie, (but keep in mind that I am a high school student who needs to negotiate with my dad) and if you come to our house (Metuchen 08840..at intersections of 287 and Rte 1), Exit 10 on NJ tpke or Exit 130 (route 1 south), I can give specific directions.

Thank you in advance..

If you want to reach me you can PM me here or send a note to Phula11231 at yahoo DOT com.

John

Installing power windows is a cake walk. I did it in mine and It took maybe 2hrs. I used a spal universal kit. It comes with everything you need to install it. It is very simple wiring and even easier to install the motors. You will have an ugly cap over where the crank used to be. I suggest you order the kit look through the instructions and give it a shoot. If you need more info just let me know.
