Tune Time Performance is in Toms River, NJ, I dont know how far that is from you, but they do great work.

 

Contact "DOC" he's a member on here. he has hp tuners and can tune very good. He's in VA

 

or if u feel like takin a good trip to long island...we got cobalt addiction out here....im sure kenny would like to help u out. maybe we cud have a meet or something....just an idea
