Just back home. Got pulled over for a tint violation. Anyone know anyone that could help me out with an MSI signature?

He didn't even test the darkness. He guessed! Quote: "I'm guessing it's 20%" I never said it was, but that's what on my repair order.

Funniest part of the deal is when he came back up to my window after writing the ticket and said "Who owns the Hyundai?" I was like WTF? "Huh?" I answered....

"Weren't you driving a Hyundai earlier?" (as he shines the flashlight on my VIN) I said
"Sir, I'm sorry, I don't knwo what you're talking about. And frankily, I wouldn't be caught dead driving a Hyundai, even if I got it for FREE." He said that when he ran my last name it came up as a Hyundai. lol

aww thats sucks about the window tint thats the only reason why i am glad that i have the grey and black interior cuz my car doesn't look that dark

nevermind he sold it

 

90% of all dealers or any place with a inspection licence will not have a tint meter. they cant right it off unless the mva has issued them one. and it would be extremely dumb for a maryland state inspector to right off a tint work order without having the meter in their facilty, the cop that comes to inspect their tickets would catch that extremly fast.

the only way you would have a chance is if you bought a car with it on there and the inspector says it wasnt on there when you got it inspected, but this is another situation.

sorry for the luck, if you remember mine didnt have tint on mine either lol... i was in this situatiuon about 3 months ago. still havnt got mine put on.

 

hey randy you could try to fight it cause you need a meter present and used....and dont the meters keep like a save code for that day or something???

I was pulled over for my tint only on my last car. It was a Hyundai.

 

yeah i meant to tell you that saturday tint is a secondary offense the same thing as the cell phone ban you have to be like speeding or something else

bad news, i went to talk to the manager and the black TC i was looking at was already sold. the thing that pisses me off is they knew i wanted it saturday but they didn't give me any #'s because it wasn't inspected yet.....and they sold it anyhow

thankya sir. i'm hopin so too. was kinda hesitant to get the used one from bob bell but I'm glad i didn't because it was scratched up a good bit and had a big ass dent in the passenger door ( which they didn't fix before selling ). I'm glad though because I found a brand new one
