no its a cable and a computer program. vince sends a tune based on your vin and mods and what you want from it. its very car specific. i load it onto my car then datalog it and send it to him to make sure the tune is good

sooo... i tuned my car and it wont boost to the 23psi i asked for but im gonna datalog it tonight and send it to vince so he can correct it tomorrow. he said its just skewed fuel trims

15 is stock but i seen it spike 16 in the summer
