I checked it it seems fine I have a quarter tank of gas so if it really was the cap I thought it would have came on when I first got gas but yesterday it threw p0497 and today its p0455 I am trying to look up now how to trouble shoot it and what to check stuff like that

the car isn't performing bad at all everything is running fine so idk why its throwing the code maybe it really is going back i will try to unplug it and re-plug it in

yeah we can look at it friday and decide what to do but that is weird but that dude already replaced his and i haven't, but i'm not tryna pay 100 for the dealership to tell me that have to replaced a $10 part lol

guys this is a common issue, go buy the valve unplug two hoses and a connector plug in and boom done. Or just leave it alone and deal with start up hesitation after fill ups.
