Marylanders R calling You OUT!

I am considering buying a new computer very soon, I can't decide between a MacBook Pro or Air....or should I go with an iMac??? lol regardless I am looking at about $2k for it
Input/suggestions??? I currently have an iPhone and am gonna be acquiring an iPad2 sometime within the next week or so and I like my sister's Mac and have been wanting one for myself.
My current desktop has issues and it keeps freezing up on me, have replaced hard drives and reinstalled operating system so I believe there is a hardware issue with it. My older laptop was ruined by my mother the last time she borrowed it and it won't boot at all and I can't find the restore discs....my current laptop is about 2 years old now and it doesn't really give me any issues but I want a newer/better system.
Dayhoff I lied to you. My leave did get approved. I will be gone from Jan6-29. So I wont be driving her for a while. After I get back and I get all the stuff on. I'll need the tune then. So probably mid-end Feb. My bad man.

Sorry to hear Jeff
The air sounds good in theory but there isn't much storage due to the flash storage instead of a traditional hard drive...and they can't be upgraded from what I have been told...also I can't see spending $1500 for a 13" laptop, RETARDED. The PRO is where I think I am leaning at this point, but I want at least the 15", 17" would be nice but that is a lot of $$$

I hate all that passlock bullcrap on GM cars. It always f#cks up and you end up replacing the ignition switch/passlock sensor and then it needs to be "learned"/programed to the car/keys. Pain In The Ass
