Marylanders R calling You OUT!
2006 SS S/C...my past 3 cars were all mustangs. So going from the RWD V8 world to Forced induction FWD 4 cylinder car has been different. But in all honesty, I've had more fun with this car everyday driving than the 3 previous cars. My goals are pretty big for the car want to push 280-300, I'm pretty sure I have to go with that harrop to make those number easily. I am always game to meet up. I know nothing of these cars spend alot of time reading on this forum. Be nice if I could get help on what to buy where and help with installs!
intake, full exhaust, griffen h/e, dual pass w/ option b, 2.7" pulley, 60lb injectors and meth injection.
just my parts list suggestion for your power goals. if you want 300+ and stay supercharged, then yes you'll need the Harrop TVS which will bolt right up would get 300 on stock pulley with the above parts........ depending on if the tuner knows what he's doing. upgrade the injectors to 79s or 80s and you'll be golden.
take care and good luck with the car
280-300 can be made with the stock m62, it all depends on what setup you run and how good of a tuner you have tune it.

I know, I can make it with the m62, i've just heard 1,000,000 horror stories of people making that kind of power with the m62 and having big problems. Figured I want to make the power by other means of just slamming more fuel and air into the cylinders via tune/injectors. I also need to keep the resto of the car pretty normal. Cat, muffler, etc..
what's the name of the dealership it's at? so this way i know NEVER to take my car there.
i'm like it better not be anything else wrong with it i'm tired of waiting
its koons chevy in white marsh, md i doubt you will ever have to take your car there, the shop manager just called me to apologize for the wait but apparently since they had to wait for the axle to come in they told the tech to move on to another job which was motor work which he is still doing but he said he is gonna make sure my car gets on a lift tonight and i should have it back tomorrow as long as its nothing else is wrong with the car....

Nah, that was JBA in Glen Burnie
that guy doesn't sound familiar. The Walrus (the big dude) who is also named Brian and the guy that looks like the character from tales from the crypt (named Mark) have been there for a long time now.

Glad everything is ok now
