Unforuantly the machine shop gave me some not so great news. The sleaves are out of stock in Cali & its going to be 2-3 weeks before they even get them in, then they still have to ship them from Cali to here which is like another week, and then the machine shop said 2-4 days for them to work on it. Sucks because apparently no where has them. Going to be about a month before I even get the block back.

Thought about loading it up with Dartons cause I wouldnt have to wait but really I would never utilize them with what im planning on with this car. For the money, not worth it.

Looks like I wont be making any meets until mid-April EARLIEST. Hoping once I have the block back I can get it put together and dropped in, in a weekend, maybe a day or two more.

I'll supply beer & food if anyone wants to come help, haha!

 

I'd love to come over and help, can learn for my future build.

Maybe once Joe & I get the engine back together with the new parts, I can have people over for a cookout & we can get that motor back in there quicker with the extra hands. I can't wait to get her back on the road.

this happened to me in my camaro during opening night of fast and furious 2.............. well wasnt every ricer, but a honda civic yes. he was reving at me as we were exiting and his foot slipped off the clutch and he hit me. i was so pissed

my balt is the maroon color. in my area i see a really nice yellow turbo one and another red surpercharged. that ring a bell to anyone? and im deffinetly going to do some mods but im gonna put it off till the car is almost paid for lol. its my daily driver and to be honest my first stick car and im still kinda learning. i kno nub right?
