So im thinking a mid-late april SMG meet to start the season off? ideas? questions? there will be a dyno as well but no tunning.

How much would the dyno time cost? How far is smg

 

SMG is in hopedale MA and at the last meet we had there we paid $60 for dyno

 

depending on the amount of people 50-60 for 1-3 pulls.

Too bad i dont need a dyno or i would totally go. I do know some people who want to see what numbers their cars put down

 

yea thats what i figured, im going there tomorrow to get a couple of things done to the car

 

um its a car meet..you can still go and not get dynoed. We usually meet at SMG for a few hours before we cruise to the dyno (30 secs away :lol) its a all day event! last time we had 50+ cars not everyone dynoed.

What are you getting done? fred has his hands full with my buddys 2.4 SC project and the LSJ turbo swap.

usually have more then cobalts anyway. last time we had a turbo escort running a mazda motor, GSX, truck, mustangs.

I've been hearing from alot of different people and different forums that there is something not right with the dyno at outlaw...either way...I was happy with the numbers I got last year...lol....but I'm always down for another meet

 

dyno jets are comparable to 1 HP rating lol... there is nothing but a bunch of whinny little girls saying that there cars will make 500 hp

im sick of people saying that... fred dyno'd his race car that same day and it made exactly what it always makes.... go figure

 

I believe hes done 1/4 runs on it as well and it equals the same times at the track...maybe not but thats what ive "heard" also "heard" he has a pool upstairs but no one has seen it. All rumors!
