hey guys if i got a ported s/c what kind of gains would it get and would I have to tune for it?

How much? Theres a guy on here who wants to swap his ported one for my stock m62 for $50. And do you know anywhere to get it polished (perhaps black chrome?). And do you need to tune for it?

I can do it no problem, much better than a dremel job as well.

yeah im just paying the ticket..my friend said if its a code 3111, which it is, then it is just a fine and i'm okay.

Now I need to get a new registration/sticker..i don't know if my sticker was jacked or what. Can't I get a new sticker at the dmv without having to pay the 36$ again?

Polishing as in what, the outside of the blower or the inlet/outlet?
