hey guys what do you think of a 02 wrx maroon color..???? has 61K on it.. stock.. should i get it?? guy wants 4k for it. (has a salvage tittle. do to it got small damage in front left corner ( need head light and fender), and left rear (tail light and little on the quarter).. its all small damage. he said he might go lower then 4k..? Opinions?????

 

havent you learned not to buy cars with salvaged titles? lol come on taras, wrx's that year have bad transfer box's or w.e. the hell its called. aka if you use that clutch hard... in which you will lol you'll break the tranny. also, your better of clearing out any loans you have right now if any, and buying a certified used or a brand new vehicle... remember what i said on sunday lol. don't downgrade from your cobalt ss... you always take a step higher unless your bout to have a kid or something thats always understandable. however your not... step your game up or don't step at all... or you can really have fun... buy a 98 2 door neon for 800 bucks and than with the 3k extra do a SRT4 swap... that would be WILD

So yea I decided I'm gonna bail on the TVS so if anyone wants that or the other stuff f/s in my sig let me know. Philly guys have dibs first.

And before you guys all ask why, yea it'd be sweet to have a 300-350whp Cobalt but I've come to the realization that it's "just a cobalt" and there are bigger better things out there that I want. So I'm gonna take the money I get from selling this stuff and use it to pay down some more of what I owe on the car, then once it's paid off in 2ish years buy my REAL car. It's just not worth dropping all these thousands of dollars into a cobalt to get it to run 12's haha. $5k into a 'balt vs $5k into a V8 is a serious difference. So yea, I'm bummed as hell but it makes the most sense.

On a slightly brighter side I'm still gonna put the 2.7", 60s, and h/e I have laying around on the car so at least I'll get a little more power haha. C'mon 270whp!!!! haha

its 5 speed. 02 wrx with 61k stock. slavage tittle. i need the damage.. small.. as i explained in earlier tread was has hit..for $3000 probly even $2500

 

g85 in the ss/tc does not come with recaros. It is the LSD

 

Seats are still nice tho, very bolstered and supportive but still comfortable. Everyone that's sat in my car has commented how nice they are.

 

i only have sexy time in my back seat wit my girl. i told her my recaro's are too nice to risk the damage lol she understands my love

 

so im back.....ross, im glad that you finally saw the light......its a waist of time to put a lot of power on a fwd car, especially if you plan on going to the track a lot....don't get me wrong i love my balt but sometimes you gotta look at the bigger picture...
