I just got my courtdate in the mail from a ticket in PA back in MAY. It's on the 24th. Anyone who's got a good laywer let me know haha. Ticket was for 84 in a 55 which I think is BS, but I don't have a radar gun so what do I know.

you don't need one. I plead not guilty for a 77 in a 45. Go and plead your case. PA is pretty lax with this

I was doing 84 in a 55 so we'll see. I plead not guilty already and got the court date. I'm just gonna hope the judge will go easy on me.
What did you tell them? I'm just gonna say I was running late and didn't realize I was going that fast and I'm used to 65's in NJ and that I'm a volunteer firefighter, hopefully that'll help me.

how the hell did he know i was going that fast when he was just passing me on the other side where was the speed gun he said we have 360 speed guns plugged into our patrol cars. never knew they had those im thinking that was a load of crap

It all started when the owner of a little red cobalt said he would run me down. Something along the lines of "I'll give you 30 cars and still walk you". It wasn't long after that word spread that the diesel truck had some power. To this day, he has never run me. I told him he could have a shot the day he beat a GTP, his day has yet to come
