Hey guys, There is Massive "All Chevy" Meet going on July 2nd in Allentown at the "America on Wheels" museum at 930am.. Were trying to get as many Cobalts to come down, if you guys decide to come - please come early as possible before 930am to get everybody lined up together.. Am i just bad at apartment searching? or is everything absurdly priced out there?

I cannot seem to find a nice 1 bedroom apartment for under $825/month in a decent neighborhood outside philly. ( norristown, spring city, KOP, possibly even pottstown )

I mean, im not looking for a supersweet bachelor pad, just a nice place where i know i wont get shot or mugged when i head to my car at 3am for work.

Start off with the cai first or sri, which one is better ? or just get a k&n drop in with the ic-pipes and bov with your tune? how much is your tune? and whats the better way?
