When I go up later in the week, I'll see if they carry them, or can get them.

I would call them ....any of you guys..... and start asking questions, that way they know we're out there. They seem to be able to get anything from Exhuast to tires... and everything in between.

Dan... what do you think about these???? http://www.bigwheels.net/?location=w...bold_id=203837

Woot For Penguins Staying

Hmm im trying to figure out what % tint i wanted.. thought it was gonna be 20 but then I saw this thread https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/show...ght=50%25+tint

There was a silver on in there, and I dont like the look of the windows being darker than the wheels... almost draws the attention away from that part of the car. decisions decisions....

Speaking of which.... I'm way overdue for a trip to the Filly.

OH.... and this is a BIG one.... what is everyone planning for this weekend?????? Since Shaun is back, we've talked about having a welcome home thing for him and all get together... Well as a bonus ( or hassle ) it's also St. Patty's Day this weekend....

IF we are going to get together, let's figure something out now.

Yea my trip to beaver valley mall to pick up a cd ended up being a three hour drive lol. Course I also made my apt to get my front end aligned, you can actually see when you look at the wheel how bad the camber is after I put the springs on lol, dont care about the tires anyways though

I have DirecTV. Since the WVU NIT basketball game was on lastnight, that took priority for whatever reason. But the pens game was on VS. Its like early 600s.....

Hahaha, yeah, it was such a nice day we even saw BJ out and about, LOL.

Brian, I'm guessing the speech was about the arena deal they signed.

Hopefully either this week or next I'll have a clean car. Wes did a damn good job on the inside, now I just have to get the outside done. LOL maybe I can finish the bowtie project and get started on the interior trim v2.0 at some point soon. Plus Saturday is going to be mega mod day for me. Too much damn stuff to get done...

New pads, new rotors, rear sway bar, changing oil, cleaning intake filter, touching up calipers, etc, etc. Can't remember what else was on the list, but there was a lot. Was hoping to have the new sway bar links to put on, but I ran out of money for now. Still waiting on coilovers, which is going to be the biggest mod the car gets for a while. At least till I can afford the subframe.

Hey Brian (or anyone else that might know),

Where, besides Summit, can I find DOT4 or DOT5 high temp brake fluid? I'm going to start with DOT4, and I'm hoping it's easier to find, and see how it does with brake fade at BR. I'd ultimately like to run DOT5 since I have the steel braided lines, but I'm guessing I'm going to have to go to Summit for something like that.

Ummmmmmm

I would try Collins Family Motorsports ( Irwin ). They might not have it NOW, but could get you it. I was just there, but didn't ask.

How much you need??? I have 3 qts of DOT4 at the house unopened.

Dan P.
I am working on those TSW wheels ( and the Enkei ) with Tom Miller @ Spun Autosports about getting prices. He's looking into tires for me as well, if you are interested.

However much it takes to bleed and fill the brakes. DOT3 just ain't cuttin it for BeaveRun. I don't get MUCH brake fade thanks to the steel braided lines and the new pads should help even more, but I have yet to NOT boil the fluid up there.

Ok.... well if I read correctly before... the clutch and brakes work off the same resivour... am I right?? If so, then you'd need to bleed dry BOTH systems. That might take a bit.

I've not been able to get a straight answer from anyone on how much fliud these cars take for the brakes... that's why I bought 3 qrts.
