Sorry... I was laughing so hard I forgot where I was.....
Whew... OK..
No... Between work, work, autocrossing, work, work and WORK... I barely find time to pooh.
Besides... She'd have to be really messed in the head to put up with me. The only ones that talk to me are either a) too young b) too large c) too married, engaged or have a boyfriend/lesbian lover
So... yeah, I guess I'm still single.
A sigh because I've never heard of her, read some news article, wiki'd her, realized she's a couple weeks older than me, a lot richer, uber-hot, drives fastar cars, etc. And most everyone I've dated is scared shitless of my slow car
At present I'm working on acquiring her address, work schedule, as well as pricing some telephoto lenses and night vision goggles...I think RL Dan is, too. Anyone up for a road trip? And 3 - 5 with good behavior?

Well, she's been dating a fellow NHRA person for a while... I think he's a crew member of a rival team IIRC...
What rock have you been under Jon?? Even I know who she is...
( that's Danica Patrick, right? )

Ok... now I'm not going to get any work done here... thanks Jon...

I was thinking I should have "Hurst" tatooed in a "strategic location" so when I meet one fo them, I can ask them to try out my hurst shifter....

So, how's everyone been??? I've not seen nor talked to anyone in a while.
I saw Wes in passing on Rt 30 last week, and Dan P on Sunday evening in GBG making a left onto 30 going towards the mall.
Other than that.... not a soul.
3 more weeks until I head to Kansas for nationals... 39 drivers in my class... and I'm the only Cobalt.. I think I'm the only one period.... out of 1500 drivers ( + or - )

You know as vehemently opposed as I am to ladies class, it would be tempting at Nationals to run. Cuts the field by more than half, plus you're still up for contingency. But to be perfectly honest, I still don't think I'd be able to bring myself to run in ladies class. (I did, however, giggle slightly when I saw CSPL - which would be my class - is populated solely by the car widely joked at as the "ultimate chick car".....Miatas.)
So, uh, Tyger.....how ya feelin about your odds against Strano?

GM isn't sending a team to Nat's this year? They did last year.

G'luck to you and Jeff with that.

That package wasn't originally available on 07s but they did it midyear without telling anyone. Long story....
Anyway....
As far as I know, Sam is still running the Shelby. I know he bought his own regular GT now, but not sure it's ready to go yet.
Nice size of SCR people there this year....
Me, Dan , Jeff, Justin, Chris Carlise, Nick Flynn & manfred, Randy Pearson, Ricky Shank, Nick Jackson, and a few others I know I'm forgetting.
