Nah. Dan and Al were smart enough to figure out how to tune it without the return system. Really wasn't that difficult. Although, I still wouldn't attempt to tune it without them there.

I think it was 50-80 for all 4 wheels ( pads ).

BTW GUYS!

Just wanted to wish you all a safe and Merry Christmas

Be careful out there coming from parties and keep all 4 tires on the ground

Hi. I'm alive. Survived the most intense end-of-semester I've ever had. Working 40+ a week on top of 9 grad credits didn't help, I'm sure. But I'm totally free, no work or school, till beginning of January. Then start student teaching, so will probably disappear again I'm also taking a class...just one...during teaching, so it'll be rough. Apparently we should plan on devoting 60+ hours a week to student teaching (at school 7a - 3:30p M - F, then all the other work).

Feels like a wash-the-car day.

Loving the Magnaflow, btw. Even minivans always wanna race now...

Kinda sounds like a chainsaw, I think...

Same muffler. I think we'd sound a little different though cause I don't have anything between the exhaust and it

I've still got a small exhaust leak where the dp meets the cat...enough to make the exhaust sound like it's farting, and a lot more snap crackle and pop than needed on engine breaking. But it's the seam, so I dunno how well the putty / tape would work.

I had that too. If I recall correctly... Dave had that happen as well. I think it's a common problem.

Don't think it's the flex pipe. I can feel the puff of air right at the seam where the exhaust meets up w/ the pipe that has the cat. Can't remember if it's flex pipe -> cat -> dp -> exhaust, or whatever. My leaks cat/pipe -> here -> exhaust.

We couldn't get it tight enough after we gutted the cat Might just try some putty. Al put some on like a year ago, and it held for a while. Gotta love the Saturn DIY fixes...

I think I have a small crack or something sicne I get alot of rattle at certain revs and when the engien has a load put on it.

Could just be the heat shields, though as well.
