haha winter tires? what are those? I have such high BP from driving on the dunlops i have on the car that i get exercise just driving...i so wish i had the cash to pick up some all seasons or the cash to get snow tires on steelies

I'm alive. Student teaching's 60+ hours a week, on top of a grad class. First time in my life I literally do not have enough time to get everything done. Have to be selective.
Good news is I'm snowed in today
Teaching has it's perks. All in all it's going well, too.

Snow day FTW
I can't WAIT for spring...
The Satty's still running strong, btw. Stalling every once in a while @ stoplights..think the plugs need changed. Loving the magnaflow. Car sounds about as mean as a 4 cyl. satty can...
I think I might've posted up the interceptor time, can't remember...but recently did a 0-60 and 1/4 mi run in the Wabash tunnels...read 4.8 sec and 13.4 @ 108...I def. think the muffler helped out. And 20 degree weather.
Oh, and the Eagle F1s go decent in the snow, believe it or not.

Bailey is actually surprising, she's all legs. She looks big but she's not. She weighs about 45 lbs. As far as breeds, LOL, she's a little bit of everything. Mommy was a mutt and daddy was a mutt, but mostly lab. Her most dominant breeds I know are at least Lab and a little bit of Border Collie, but I've had a few people tell me they think she's got a little bit of Pit Bull too, other people tell me no Pit at all, so I don't know. Definitely Lab and Border Collie though.
I just saw that pic you posted and I had to post hers, cause they look very very very similar to one another. Wes was like "Hey, someone posted of pic of a dog that looks an awful lot like Bailey..."

BTW those of you who also saw the F18's flying over the city in September... my buddy sent me these pictures over he got from a friend of his who is in another squadron....
They actually were not here for Anti Terror drills at all as had been previously speculated... they were here to do the flyby on the Steelers home opener on that Sunday.

Another nasty morning... when i left my house at 6:25, the roads were just wet and it was raining, by the time i got to work @ 7 there was over a half inch of snow on route 8

Well, two snow days in a row Except today the school didn't actually close. I got about 100 yards from the house, encountered a hill, and discovered the roads weren't shiny from rain, but ice. Weee.
Managed to stop before slamming into a brick wall. Tried inching forward, car just slides. So I've been parked there for about 4.5 hours now. No help from AAA or a plow. Working from home.
Not sure how I'll get the car moving lol. I'll worry about it later.

The blizzaks are still kicking ass in the snow. All I have heard in my living room for the past two days now is cars trying to spin their way up my hill. I want to come out and suggest snow tires to all of them. I have had no problem with that hill today or yesterday. I take the difficult hills just for fun now.
