Like I said it does me no good to over charge for dyno time.

Now when we talk about tuning that is a whole new issue, then we have to charge for time spent

 

Well hopefully you charge enough to stay in business! I don't mind paying more than $5 for the simple fact of having a good Mustang dyno in the area instead of the **** alternatives we have.

trust me, I wont lose money. This part of the business makes money but its my other side that makes the big bucks and at the rate its going. I dont have to worry at all.

A dyno isnt a money maker. Its getting people in the door, then them buying my products and bringing me more pople makes the money. My business loans will be paid off by the end of this year with the contracts I will be signing over the next month. Im not worried at all, the business plan my wife and I worked out is working great and the money is flowing. I just need to bring more people in the door, and having cheap dyno days will do it

 

That's cool - I'm not telling you how to run your business (or even asking how ) - just make sure you don't get me addicted to your dyno and then close your doors LOL!

Oh no I know. I love the input. Nah not addicted to the dyno at all. But it is a good tool to get people in the door. plus I need it to proove gains with my production parts.

I posted the approx time a few times in this thread, but it is a pain in the ass to find since the thread grows so quick. Sometime mid august, should take deliver by end of this month is what the sales rep said

I posted something about seeing a black TC over here on the north shore and I was in my blue lancer and the kid stared me down. i almost ran in to get my evo quick and chase, cause i was right outside my place on 16th street, but i dindt. You said that running on the dyno is fine for just 5 bucks or whatever, but tuning would be a different story..... What if we want to self tune - meaning none of your time, just your dyno's time? 5$? I garuntee you - you would have people lined up out the door every day.

 

If your self tuning thats fine. That doesnt take up my time. Price will go like that $5 for every 3 runs. works for me

 

Hey BOOSSTED will you eventually be offering some tuning services for SS/SC's at your shop?

 

I hadnt planned on it, but Im willing to get back into the SS/SC's if you guys want things for them. basically Ill only do it for locals, but sure Ill do them again
