Another week has gone by and summer is coming to an end, alright enough with the sad stuff, whos ready for the track on wednesday. After the disappointingoutcome of friday and not running im ready to go back up. Anyone else plan on coming up. I'm always up for some track action

 

Well....

THe way it looks right now... I will NOT be making it up there. I am doing my brakes that day after work. I know htey don't take that long, but I'm taking the front rotors off and having them machined, so that will take the time.

IF I can get them back and on, then maybe I will be up.

My SRT bud , Ed will most likely be there with the car. He's getting it back tomorrow night. They dynoed the car this morning and it put down 410 WHP and 404 ( or something like that ) lb/ft torue at the wheels.

SHould be a fun night. Maybe I'll make it up later that evening to at least spectate.

 

I'll probably be there in a spectator capacity. My plane gets in around noon, so unless I'm completely wrecked from the flight, expect me to be there.

 

I should be there. I went to get a couple runs in before I go back to school/work.

I wanna see Dan run his rented car and other Dan run the astro van.

If I had a 2.2 like Mike's, I'd be running every week in that just to tick the slick cars off.

Then again, I'm getting pretty consistent times from the SS, so hmmmmmm I DO need some cash....

 

I'll be there... with my car. Turns out this wasn't a good week for the fix afterall. Oh well, I get to drive my car this week... so that makes me happy!

14's this week. I can feel it. I raced a 1st-gen neon last night and beat him. He said he runs 14's at the track.... so we think it can be done.

 

I have to admit, I'd probably get a kick out of that...

I may run at least in TnT some week just for ***** and giggles. Hell, I ran my ZR2 one night... the Cobalt HAS to be faster than it was!!

 

I cant go I need to get my axels replaced, so thats getting done on thursday, just hope they hold til then.

 

well hopefully i dont get stuck at work again... ill try to be there.... i really dont like this work thing... esp in the nursing field i can never get out on time...

Between my wideband reading 10:1 on the dyno, my ltft being +15 all the time and reading that stupid "How to Tune Engine Management Systems" I figured it was time to blow something up.

We should do a group buy inspection. I wanted to do that today, but didnt have the motivation.

 

Speaking of inspection. I need Dan to retune my car today so I can pass.
