They finally got the part in for my ignition recall and installed!!! Took 1 /12 months to come in.

I haven't even phoned yet, whoopsy.

 

Wow, i thought 1 1/2 months was a long wait. How long has everyone else been waiting?

 

Took 2 months to the day to get mine in

 

Yup im goin on two months and still nothing yet

 

now your ignition is really guna break lol

 

Got mine done in a week with no appointment and no preordered ignition.

 

I'm procrastinating calling the dealership. I really don't want them touching my car.

 

This. I have an 09, so I'm debating even bothering. I tried jiggling that ***** out but it didn't budge, and I'm not one of those people that keep 10,000 pounds on their key ring. I keep the car key, the fob, and my house key on it only.

 

I heard this recall **** with the tune on the car (if you have one) so I'm gonna pass

 

They are supposedlying going to recall all the gm ignition switches.... found that out on Friday when I was getting my d9ne
