soo i work up about 1 mile from the state police barracks and its the 2nd time i got pulled over now. 1st was 2 weeks ago the cop said i swerved and he was checking on me and today a blacked out charger past me going the other way at a light then turned around and chased me down to tell me that my trunk taillights (that are nightshaded) are not legal. i told him they are just reverse lights and he said he wasn't gunna give me a ticket or anything but that it is called light obstruction. i know its not legit but to chase me down for that? really. he was a nice guy but i feel like i'm gettin all kinda profiled lately.

Yeah dude, I got pulled over for speeding when I hate my nightshaded tail lights, and she said my taillights were illegal.
I said they came with the car and she just rolled her eyes and walked away.
Ah well, **** the police

well vehicle code says you can't have anything obstructing the original manufacturers lighting. for safety reasons i am sure. sooo, instead of darkening, i'll sand the nightshade off and then make it all super bright. lol
I tinted my inside tails in probably march or april and haven't been bothered till now. i wasn't pulled over in 2 yrs until i started driving past the state police barracks for work which is right down the road from them. been at my new facility for 9 weeks and been pulled over twice for petty things. i think they just profiling me. i also think the cop that pulled me over was just angry i had mine tinted and he couldn't have his tinted cuz he had a fullly blacked out police charger

I was pulled over on the 26th of dec last year, hit me for window tint and modified exhaust. Went to court where i took the tint off even though it was legal. I told the court to prove that my exhaust was illegal and that the charge should be thrown out. I was faslely charged because high speed officer doofy did not perform a proper decible road test. The fact that the court could not provide me with essential evidence that the officer's ears were properly calibrated and certified got the charge dropped. Although i offered to stop by the state police barracks (the only ones authorized in PA) to have them properly test my exhaust sound levels the judge deemed it unnecessary. It's good to go in prepared and read up. once you start spitting out vehicle code chapter this and sub-sections that, your intentions of being legal are brought to light however illegal you may actually be...
