My guess is spray painted w/ chains in front of it

On a side note, that dumb little red cap that sits on top of the fuse box, mine is gone and I'm looking for something else to put on top of there, something unique. You guys have any ideas

 

Yea it takes about 45-60 mins to get up there. Me an my buddy raced the back roads from there to the weis in pennsburg once an it took us 30mins lol. Yea like 10:30 - 10:45 would work

an iToastie, i know someone that would part with the front SS bumper I sold him probably, it would need to be painted your color tho, he might only want like 100$ for it, maybe less and that is WITH the lip as well, hell i might be able to see if he would sell the whole ss kit I sold him, he was going to redo it and put it on his turbo but he lost his job an don't have money's. The front and rear bumper is primered and the front has the grill an cross bar cut out, i have pics of it somewhere when it was on my car if that peaks your interest. he works for me now so i'll inquire about it tmrw night at work.
