I went to visit my girlfriend for the weekend and noticed a few Cobalts in Rochester.

Saw a yellow cobalt at a gas station on a corner, had the SS front bumper and lip and a black lowrise.

Also saw a black base model with black wheels driving towards RIT.

Saw a black SS/NA in a parking lot at some mall, had aftermarket headlights and flames cut out of the window tint on the sides.

Also saw a few other cobalts around, some SS's and some base models.
