sweet, sounds like we'll have all the tools possible to help everyone install their parts. i've spoke to a few different people and i have the impression that my car shouldn't take more than a half days work to install a new timing chain tensioner, but we'll see. if anything i'm going to try to still make it to hang out & help install parts. but DO NOT count me out for a dyno tune.

 

awesome then you could possibly send it to my email... i'm trying to learn hptuners.. but it's alot easier when you have tunes to look at..

 

Sorry to do this such short notice, and sorry to carry on the trend, but I dont think I will be doing this either. Someone has shown interest in my car, and I may be selling it now. Really no point in getting tuned if I am going to sell her and get a mazda speed 3.

and on anthoer note, does anyone have the tools/knowledge of how to get the spark plug cover screws out.... if they are stripped/in to tight.... dealership fucked me.

 

you didn't go back to them to have them remove the old screw & replace them with new ones?

 

I'm scheduled to go into another dealership that takes care of me Friday afternoon, however they said they might not be able to get me in and to drop it off by 1pm so they might get to it before they close up. I know what your thinkin, all they are doin is replacing the screws but you never know, plus I would of had this done Monday if they had the screws in stock lol. They have been really good to me and my cobalt so far though. hope for the best but plan for the worst

 

does anyone think it would be beneficial to get tuned with stock pulley and injectors? I can probably swing the tune because I got rid of the stage 2 haha...anyone think it's worth it?

 

^^Honestly, no 'cause you probably wont gain that much for being basically stock. I'd just keep the money cause it sounds like ya kinda need it right now ya know?

Or you could pay for me to dyno/tune haha

Yea but the projectors (which I ******* HATE) were only bought so I could paint the stock headlights and then I lost the piece that makes the H1s fit into stock housing so I got screwed into keeping them. They'll be off whenever the hell the new HID kit comes (few days or so). And the spoiler is from the factory biatch.

Gotta love our fights Ish haha
